My dad has been back from the hospital for a few days now. More than anything he seems bored. Expectedly, he hasn't really gotten into the new stride of life yet. I don't think my mom realizes that it's probably frustrating for him that he be sitting in the same spot doing nothing for 3 hours. Yes, he's half paralized, but he still very much knows whats going on, and what isn't going on. Also, he's becoming inscreasingly frustrated with these spasms he keeps having in his paralyzed leg. His leg jolts out of a comfortable possition into a non-comfortable one without warning and he tries in vein to reposition it. He had to return to the doctor to day about an infection in his toe on his right foot. I wonder how long it will be untill he gets to a stable state of not having to see a doctor every other day.
